Thirty-plus cybersecurity professionals, students and enthusiasts gathered at Café One for three hours of open conversation, community introductions and connection.

Conversational by design.
The first Cyber Meetup was not built around a stage-heavy conference format. Registration moved into introductions and networking, then into a Cyber Roundtable, open-floor questions, Peer Spotlights, a quiz and more time to meet people.

What moved through the room
Questions, projects, experience and possibility.
The community explored careers, AI, certifications, practical experience and the work required to strengthen local professional relationships. Members also shared research, bug bounty and CTF experiences, projects and career journeys.
These were conversation threads—not conference tracks. The value came from people responding to one another, adding experience and continuing the discussion after the formal session.
