Registration information
When registration opens, an external registration provider such as Luma may collect details needed to manage attendance, communication and event operations. The provider will have its own privacy terms. We do not publish attendee databases or registration information.
Information may include names, email addresses, job roles, cybersecurity interests and edition-specific responses. It should be used only for legitimate event and community purposes, access control, communication and aggregate planning.
Partner enquiries
The sponsorship form on this site does not submit to a hidden database. It prepares an email in your own mail application. Your information is sent only when you review and send that email.
Google Analytics
CyberPastey uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and meaningful, non-sensitive actions such as registration, Community, sponsor, partner, Peer Spotlight, gallery and calendar interactions. Each event includes the Meetup site area and useful page or section context.
Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, form messages, organisation contact details and the private CyberPastey Community invitation URL are not intentionally included in analytics events.
Analytics consent
Analytics storage is denied by default and the Google Analytics tag loads only after you accept. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied. Your first-party preference can apply across the CyberPastey professional, Meetup and Ministry subdomains.
Photography and video
Meetup editions may be photographed or filmed for event documentation and public communication. This notice is also shown near event information. If you prefer not to appear in public media, tell the event team before photography begins or email us. You may also request review or removal of a published image in which you appear.
